During her time at CCNM, Adriane completed a year long internship at various teaching clinics such as the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic, Urgent Care Centre in Brampton, Rexdale Community Hub and EatWell Health Centre.

Daniela obtained her Master’s of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

She graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Care. Daniela has experience working with individuals with mood and anxiety disorders, as well as complex trauma.

Daniela has training in CBT, DBT, and Emotionally Focussed Therapy, and will incorporate various techniques and approaches based on individual client needs and preferences.

Iulia’s educational journey began with an Honours BA from the University of Toronto, majoring in Sociology with double minors in Classics and English. She furthered her studies with a master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from Wilfrid Laurier University. In April 2023, Iulia also earned a Sexual Violence Response Certificate from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Before transitioning to counselling, Iulia’s career started in the gender-based violence field, where she accumulated approximately five years of experience. Her counselling practice, informed by this background, focuses primarily on gender-based violence, sexual trauma, and their intersection with eating disorders. Stephani is inspired by helping individuals build a positive relationship with food and teaching them to nourish their bodies in a way that helps them thrive. Her educational background includes a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy from Western University. She also holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Windsor in Human Kinetics and a minor in Psychology. After completing her Diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition at The Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto, Stephani was granted the designation of Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP). She is registered with the Canadian Association of Natural Nutrition Practitioners.

Stephani has additional training in mindfulness, reiki and cognitive behavioural therapy for eating disorders. Dr. Natalie Mulligan graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). She completed her clinical internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic with a focused interest in mental health. Prior to attending CCNM, she completed a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Waterloo.

Since completing her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine program, Dr. Mulligan has been working with adolescents and adults in various private practice settings, all in the field of mental health. Most recently, Natalie has founded EatWell Health Centre, an affiliate of BeWell Health Clinic, which is a one-of-a-kind eating disorder treatment centre. EatWell blends family medicine and psychiatry with individualized therapy and nutrition to provide comprehensive, recovery-focused treatment to patients with eating disorders.
